Baking is a magical experience. A cup of sugar, a dash of salt, a truckload of love and out comes a masterpiece worth sharing. Just the thought of cakes and sweets make people smile. Desserts are a symbol of celebration and joy. Although at times, it can be stressful, making sure every detail is perfect. The second I see the smile my creation has created on others all the stress melts away, and I can't wait to do it all over again.
